Actress Toyin Aimakhu who I sincerely feel has been unfairly treated and bashed on social media after news broke that the #SaveMayowa Campaign which she was used to bring the notice of Nigerians was an alleged fraud, has finally reacted.
The actress whose video of being lambasted and embarrassed by #savemayowa families and friends as she was accused of calling a certain blogger to report the alleged scam, flooded the social media, has cleared the air on all that transpired and why she involved the police. Toyin Aimakhu released the statement on her instagram page some hours ago. Read them below.
But if you ask me, I sincerely think #savemayowa family didn’t handle this issue well especially because this lady meant well in the first place regardless of her mistakes in all these, that embarrassing video of Toyin Aimakhu was uncalled for and totally unacceptable!
